'Ladies! In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our monthly challenge is tailored specifically for you by our Fitness First Middle East - National Programming Manager, Ryan Thomas. It\'s a workout that you will love - it\'s playful and also designed to boost your confidence as it incorporates exercises for full-body fitness. Ryan has designed 3 different variations of the workout which increase with rep count and weights. He has also provided 3 options for Cardio - Row, Step-up or Treadmill. All challenges are for time-based effort. Members can choose their favourite challenge or generate their best time for all 3 during the month of October. The challenge is as follows: CHALLENGE A 1. Run, row or step = 200 meters 2. Plate over head knee ups = 30 reps 3. Alternating plate lunges = 10 reps * Advanced = 20kgs/10kgs *Beginning = 10kgs/5kgs CHALLENGE B 1. Run, row or step = 200 meters 2. Plate over head knee-ups = 40 reps 3. Plate thrusters = 12 reps *Advanced = 20kgs/10kgs *Beginning = 10kgs/5kgs CHALLENGE C 1. Run, row or step = 200 meters 2. Plate over head knee ups = 50 reps 3.
